Online Therapy for Women in Washington
Therapy, for me, is about connection, not just talking, but tuning in to what’s most real and tender in your experience.
The women I work with are often thoughtful, capable, and compassionate to others. But inside, they’re carrying exhaustion, doubt, worry, or old pain that’s been quietly shaping how they move through life. If that resonates with you, I want you to know, you’re not too much, and you’re not alone.
I do this work because I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be seen. Therapy can be a space that honors your story, helps you make sense of what’s felt heavy or confusing, and supports you in growing something new.
My Philosophy
You don’t need to be fixed - you need to be supported
I approach therapy with the belief that you already hold the capacity for insight, growth, and healing within you. Sometimes, that capacity just needs a safe place to land.
Our work isn’t about rushing to solutions; it’s about understanding the deeper “why” behind what you’re feeling or repeating, and creating space for new patterns, choices, and possibilities to emerge. Together, we’ll work gently and thoughtfully to help you return to yourself with more clarity, compassion, and strength.
What You Can Expect:
A collaborative, supportive space where you can explore at your own pace
Careful attention to your emotional experience, especially the parts that have felt overlooked or misunderstood
A blend of reflection, insight, and practical support that encourages clarity, awareness, and personal growth
A therapeutic relationship built on trust, warmth, and honesty
Therapy isn’t about fixing you, because you’re not broken. It’s about coming home to yourself with more grace, courage, and clarity.
A Bit More About Me
I’m a licensed therapist with a background in trauma-informed, relational, and strengths-based care. Before private practice, I worked in schools, healthcare, and community mental health, always drawn to the moments when people feel most human and most real.
Outside of therapy, I’m a daughter, sister, mother, partner, and friend. I know what it’s like to hold a lot at once, and to crave more space to breathe, reflect, and be.
I’m also someone who loves the quiet magic of connection: a meaningful conversation, a walk in the woods, or that small moment when someone feels truly seen.
How I Work:
I use a variety of evidence-based and relational approaches tailored to your unique needs, including:
